No Retention Charges: Cancel your booking before 21 days prior to check-in, and you won’t incur any retention charges. We get it – life happens!
50% Retention Charges: If you need to cancel between the 21st and the 15th day prior to check-in, we’ll have to retain 50% of the booking amount. We hope you understand.
100% Retention Charges: Unfortunately, cancellations received within 15 days prior to check-in will be subject to 100% retention charges. We wish we could bend the rules, but we’ve got to keep the lights on.
